Technological Development Influencing Education & The School

 In this topic, I have learned how ICT use in the teaching and learning process can give positive effects on student performance, especially for primary school students. In my opinion, the use of ICT can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. It is because it allows teachers to make early preparations such as searching for information and preparing the class materials before the class begins. Besides that, the teachers can utilize the education application software such as Kahoot, Google Slides, Wordwall and others to make it part of the teaching aids. With the use of ICT features provided in the education application software, the teachers can explain to students in-depth about the lesson. This method will help the teachers to create a fun classroom environment and promote teacher-student interactions through class participation. Not only that, but the teacher can also use Google to get the latest information about the world of education. As a result, students will not easily be distracted and bored during the class session because they are attracted to the teaching style used in class. In this way, the quality of our education can be maximized.
